This exciting, new packaging development is
starting to make big strides with the cosmetic and skin care
industry. Take a good look at the CAN and BAG ON VALVE or BOV
components at the right side of the screen. We take the BOV bag and
place it into the CAN and add pressure, whether it is air or a
liquefied gas, and crimp the system shut. Your product is then
pressure filled into the bag and then sprays like an aerosol in a
continuous fashion from any angle, even upside down. The beauty of
this system is that we don't have to test your formula again after
being mixed with propellants. The formula that you develop goes into
the BOV system "neat" without any other chemicals mixed in.
We work with COSTER or EP SPRAY for the BOV component and can affix
their bags to any can that you want for your product. If you are
making and FDA registered product, it will not require additional
testing as propellants are not admixed with your formula! All that
is required is [1] compatibility study between your formula and the
bag, [2] a simple tweak in pressure, and [3] then dial in the
actuator orifice to the desired spray pattern. A list of some
